The Veterans' Workforce Investment Program (VWIP), will assist eligible Massachusetts veterans residing in the I-495/Boston Metro area, in accessing information leading to green training, certification and licensure, and employment opportunities. Green training and green jobs are a priority, however, traditional training and career paths are also included within the VWIP program opportunities.

Information on:

• Free training - job search assistance in green career fields
• employment opportunities in green career fields
• credentialing/licensure opportunities in green career fields

These jobs could include:

Energy Auditors, Green Construction, Weatherization, Efficiency Upgrades, Hazardous Materials Removal, Produce and Install-Solar, Wind Generators, Conservation Systems, Supportive Services, and others.
